Mercy’s Dan Henke Named One of the Top “CISOs to Know” Again

To highlight outstanding efforts among the nation’s health care providers to intensify their network and data security, Becker’s Hospital Review recently announced its list of “61 Hospital and Health System CISO to Know in 2019.”


For the second year in a row, Mercy’s chief information security officer Dan Henke was among the infosec leaders honored by Becker’s. A 20-year IT veteran with an MBA from St. Louis University, Dan oversees the safeguarding of all Mercy’s information assets while ensuring disaster recovery and business continuity of business and clinical systems. In addition, Dan is a permanent deacon for the Archdiocese of St. Louis and assists the pastor at Holy Infant Church in Ballwin, Missouri.
